June 2025 Training Plan
Below you will find 3 training plans for the month of June. Each of these plans will help prepare for the first day of cross country on Monday, July 7th. The first 2 plans you will need to complete on your own and the third will cost $25 but give you a team and coach to help you get started. For the third plan (Elite Milers Club) you will need to register.

Goal Mileage: Boys 48 MPW, Girls 37 MPW

Goal Mileage: Boys 55 MPW, Girls 46 MPW

4th Year Athlete
Goal Mileage: Boys 64 MPW, Girls 55 MPW
